To the left are a series of documents that explain how to use the various pages and features within EthOS. You can refer to these documents if you are unsure how certain functionality works.
Currently, you can set up an EthOS project in multiple ways. You are viewing the help center for a
Mixed Method Project
In a Mixed Method Project participants can complete tasks via the EthOS smartphone application or do a limited amount of tasks via a laptop or desktop computer. The EthOS smartphone application allows various interactive tasks, including audio recording, photography, video recording, screen capture, and written responses. Additionally, participants can respond to single-choice, multiple-choice, and scale-based questions. Participants can engage in usability tests and answer heat map questions with a laptop or desktop computer.
The platform is best viewed using Google Chrome, and our apps support iOS 15 / Android 7 and above. The back end is for all communication with participants in a project (probing and sending follow-up questions). If you want to see the participant experience, you will need two emails in the project (One as a Moderator and One as a Participant). Typically companies use their work email address for the back end and a free email such as Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc., to view the participant experience. The apps can be downloaded via these links:

All customers receive free technical support via email at support@ethosapp.com (09:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday).
All projects are stored on our servers for 90 days (after a project is closed) unless you have an active subscription with us. In this case, you will remain on our servers until you delete them (or contact us to delete them).
