Laptop/Desktop Usability Test
In a Laptop/Desktop Usability Test participants must use only a laptop or desktop computer to complete tasks. Opportunities include engaging in usability tests and answering heat map questions. It is important to note that the EthOS smartphone application will not be utilized for this project.
The platform is best viewed using Google Chrome. The back end is for all communication with participants in a project. To see the participant experience, you will need two emails in the project (One as a Moderator and One as a Participant). Typically companies use their work email address for the back end and a free email such as Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc., to view the participant experience.

All projects are stored on our servers for 90 days (after a project is closed) unless you have an active subscription with us. In this case, you will remain on our servers until you delete them (or contact us to delete them).
